We found the pre-construction process with Aligned Building very helpful in understanding exactly how much it would cost to extensively renovate our home. It was also great to discuss some alternatives we could consider to reduce costs or that would work best for our circumstances. For example, deciding whether to have a concrete slab or stay with stumps for our extension. This can be an easier decision to make once your aware of all the variables involved.
